I'm a computer guy who knows how to speak your language. I've worked with all age groups and backgrounds individuals and small businesses. Let me tell you in plain english what you need to know and how it all fits together. I'm impartial and unbiased. I'm not going to sell you anything I'll make recommendations that you can understand and we'll make a decision together on what's best for you.
I want you to be comfortable with your technology. To make it enjoyable if you're a home user and more productive if you're a business. Technology should be making your life easier and better, if it's not then give me a call and we'll try and sort it out together.

So what do I charge?
Advice is free. Give me a call if you have a question. I'm happy to give advice.
If you have a problem which I need to solve for you, either by coming to your home or office or by logging into your computer remotely then I charge $82.50 per hour including GST.
